We care about the highest quality standards at every stage of the fulfilment of the order. From the purchase of materials, through production, to packing, storage and dispatch. We believe that the road to high-quality components leads through the use of state-of-the-art technologies, that is why we constantly modernise our machinery park and computer systems which support the production processes.
Our participation in the supply chain of parts for the global automotive industry requires world-class products and continuous development, that is why we have been working in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard for years. Currently, we also have an implemented ISO 3834-2 welding standard and an environmental management system confirmed by an ISO 14001 certificate.
The next stage on the way to improving quality and meeting the more and more restrictive requirements of our customers is the implementation of the IATF 16949 automotive standard.
This standard was developed by the professional International Automotive Task Force (IATF) in order to improve quality within the supply chain. It combines the requirements of American, German, French and Italian management system standards in companies related to the automotive industry.
The implementation of the system helps to prevent defects and reduce the number of deficiencies thanks to the use of a process-based approach to quality. Relationships between processes and technologies, the existing risk and its consequences are recognised, and then eliminated as much as possible.
